Faith Technologies Incorporated Observes National Safety Week

National contractor is recognized by leading national organizations.

This week (May 6-10) is National Construction Safety Week, an annual week-long event for the construction industry, its clients and business partners to recommit to sending every worker home safe each day. Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) takes this promise seriously and commits to a culture of care and safety.

In fact, FTI recently was recognized for its commitment to safety. At the 34th Excellence in Construction® Awards held during the ABC Convention 2024, FTI was honored with the National Safety Merit Award by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Further cementing their status as leaders in construction safety, FTI also secured the second-place award in the Subcontractor Division (over one million hours worked) at the Midwest Construction Safety Conference, hosted by The Builders, A Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC).

FTI serves as a beacon for safety in the construction industry and this week serves as a powerful reminder of the continuous efforts required to ensure every construction worker returns home safely each day.

FTI, a national leader in engineering, construction, manufacturing and clean energy, was recently recognized with three national and regional safety awards.

Associated General Contractors of America:

FTI was awarded first place in the Specialty Contractors Division (over two million hours category) by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America at the 2024 Construction Safety Excellence Awards (CSEA). This is the third consecutive year FTI has received this recognition. This awards program, sponsored by WTW and Starr Insurance recognizes companies that have developed and implemented premier safety and risk control programs and showcases companies that have achieved continuous improvement and maintenance of their safety and health management systems.

Associated Builders and Contractors:

FTI earned a National Safety Merit Award from Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), which was presented at the 34th Excellence in Construction® Awards during the ABC Convention 2024. Contractors were judged on self-evaluation scores, lost workday case rates, total recordable incident rates, leading indicator use, process and program innovations and interviews conducted by members of ABC’s National Health and Safety Committee. FTI is also ranked in the top 15 of ABC’s Top 250 Performers, a ranking demonstrating the positive impact of strong safety programs.

The Builders, A Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America:

FTI was selected as the second-place award winner in the Subcontractor Division (over one million hours worked) by The Builders, A Chapter of the AGC, one of the AGC’s largest chapters based in Kansas City, Missouri. The award was given at the Midwest Construction Safety Conference and recognizes a company’s management commitment, active employee participation, safety training, work site hazard identification, control and safety program innovation.

“At FTI, we continuously pursue a goal of zero safety incidents, and we’re proud to be acknowledged for our commitment by esteemed safety-conscious organizations across the nation,” said Rocky Rowlett, vice president of safety at FTI. “Our dedicated team members prioritize safety every single day. Their unwavering commitment to our safety practices ensures the well-being of both themselves and others, carrying out our mission of an uncompromised focus on keeping people safe.”
