IDEAL names Jones Western RSM
Crystal Jones has been with IDEAL since 2012.
IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC., announced the promotion of Crystal Jones to Western Region Sales Manager. She will report directly to Terry Stevens, Vice President of Sales, North American Electrical Division.
"Crystal has proven to be an excellent manager who is extremely knowledgeable about our customer's needs, as well as the changing requirements of today's electrical marketplace," said Stevens. "We consider her an integral part of managing our network of distributors. We are very proud to have someone of her high caliber represent IDEAL."
Since joining IDEAL in 2012, Ms. Jones has served as the Area Sales Manager in Northern California, where she led and significantly grew IDEAL's business by executing effective sales and margin strategies. Prior to IDEAL she held sales and management positions with AZEK Building Products and Stanley Black and Decker/DeWALT.
Ms. Jones holds a BS degree in Marketing and General Management from California State University-Sacramento and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
