IBS and KBIS shows to co-locate through 2020

International Builders’ Show and Kitchen & Bath Industry Show will run simultaneously for next five years.

In February 2014, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) launched Design & Construction Week in Las Vegas as the International Builders’ Show (IBS) and the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) co-located for the first time.

Building upon that success, the NKBA and NAHB announced their respective trade shows will continue to co-locate together through 2020 as one of the world’s largest gatherings focused on new ideas, products and technologies to design, build and remodel homes.

“Co-locating our respective shows brought together every segment of the industry, advancing our collective professionalism and expertise,” said Kevin Kelly, chairman of NAHB and a home builder and developer from Wilmington, Del. “By extending this important relationship, we will continue to provide our attendees and exhibitors the best experiences and opportunities possible.”

The 2016 show will be held Jan. 19-21, 2016 in Las Vegas. One pass will continue to provide access to both separate exhibits. NAHB and NKBA will continue to produce separate educational programming and special events. Future show dates are Jan. 10-12, 2017 and Jan. 9-11, 2018 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.
