Woodworker's Journal wins MMPA awards

Rockler's woodworking title takes several awards.


Woodworker's Journal magazine, the flagship publication of Rockler Press, a division of Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, has just won many prestigious awards from the Minnesota Magazine and Publications Association (MMPA).

Woodworker's Journal won three gold, a silver and three bronze awards in categories that ranged from how-to articles and ongoing columns to overall excellence. The MMPA Excellence Awards were announced on November 13.

Woodworker's Journal has been providing content for woodworkers and DIYers since 1977. Publishing six issues annually plus four seasonal special interest publications, it is an industry pioneer in digital publishing and enjoys a leading presence in social media, with many dedicated followers and contributors in the greater woodworking community.

The 2014 MMPA Excellence Awards honored entries published between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014.
