The New Jersey-based safety products supplier is delivering protective netting for San Francisco’s Transbay Transit Center Project—one of the largest redevelopment projects in the country. The netting’s benefits will be realized by keeping passersby safe from falling debris, but also will provide a safer working environment for those on the construction site.

The visionary transportation and housing project estimated at $4.5 billion will transform downtown San Francisco and the Bay Area. The project is slated for completion in 2017.

“It’s immensely exciting to be a part of a project of this magnitude,” said Jay Kinder, founder and CEO of Strong Man Safety Products. “Of course, any major project, especially when it’s being done in a residential area like this, requires excessive attention to safety and best practices. Our company has a well-deserved and well known reputation for not compromising when it comes to safety, which is why I believe it’s our netting that’s hanging from the tower currently under construction.”

The construction of San Francisco’s Transbay Transit Center is scheduled to be finished in the fall of 2017. Additional information on the project is available at www.transbaycenter.org. For more information regarding Strong Man products, visit www.strongman.com.
