Grabber Promotes Two Top Executives

Roland Snyder becomes President and CFO; Jack Kroll moves up to Chairman and CEO.

Grabber Construction Products, Inc., an international distributor of professional-grade fasteners and construction products, announces that Roland Snyder, currently CFO, has been named President, effective immediately. Snyder will continue to retain his CFO duties. Current President and CEO, John (Jack) V. Kroll expands his Chairman role and will retain CEO duties.

Snyder is a 25-year Grabber executive and a key leader in the company's success. Snyder has been a member of the Board of Directors during his entire career at Grabber. Previous to joining Grabber, Snyder enjoyed a successful CPA career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers working in their Seattle, Salt Lake City, Hong Kong, and SF Bay area offices.

Kroll, a 37-year veteran, has been president and CEO of Grabber Construction Products, Inc. since 2009, and previously the former general manager of the Construction Products Division under private family ownership.
