TechSpray Promotes Ngai
Doug Ngai is new product manager of process chemicals.
Doug Ngai has been promoted from Asia Sales Manager to Product Manager of Process Chemicals. Doug will be providing field technical expertise and marketing support for Techspray's Process Chemicals product segment.
Process Chemicals include conformal coatings, batch and inline cleaners, and vapor-degreaser solvents. These products are generally very technical in nature, and have to be qualified for specific equipment. Doug is responsible for generating technical data requirements, product performance specifications, and field training.
Doug has a background in metallurgy and chemistry, with 15 years of experience at Techspray and Plato.
Kevin Pawlowski explained, "Doug brings a whole new level of technical expertise and field experience to Techspray's marketing department, giving us the ability to work engineer-to-engineer when qualifying cleaners and conformal coatings."
