Jore Corporation acquires ReciproTools

Recip saw multi-tool product line expands Jore catalog.

Jore Corporation announces the acquisition of the ReciproTools reciprocating saw multi-tool product line. The purchase of ReciproTools, based in Saukville, Wisconsin, increases Jore Corporation's product distribution in the U.S. market. This product line represents a new market opportunity for Jore. Based on innovative design and development, Jore intends to expand the ReciproTools line to provide its customers with greater opportunities for growth.

Our new product strategy, combined with the acquisition of the ReciproTools line, further strengthens our commitment to deliver innovative, practical tools to our customers," said Mick Cheff, President of Jore Corporation. "The acquisition will also improve distribution efficiencies, access to new product categories and increase our market share," added Cheff.

ReciproTools products, which will continue under that name, will now be marketed, sold and distributed from the Jore manufacturing facility and headquarters.
